The hardest part of private practice shouldn’t be getting clients,
but here you are — exhausted, invisible, and doubting your calling.

You became a therapist to help people heal, grow, and live more meaningful lives.
But in private practice, clinical skill isn’t enough — not if no one knows you exist.

• You can't spend the time you want on your business because you're busy with client work.
• The idea of marketing freaks you out.
• You wish that someone would just tell you what to do to get more clients.

She's built a successful cash pay private practice from scratch and has helped more hundreds of clients over the last 6 years, even as an intern.
When she's not in the office you can find her building up and spending time with her clinical community - CoLo. Since 2019 CoLo has been providing office space and community to the mental health community. CoLo has helped launch or grow the business of more than 40 clinicians in the Tampa Bay area.
Since 2015, Bianca has been the go-to marketing strategist and public speaker for more than 50 businesses and organizations looking to grow, reach new audiences, and dominate their digital presence.
A true builder at heart, Bianca doesn’t just create campaigns—she constructs marketing ecosystems. Whether she’s mapping out a high-converting social media content plan or launching a brand-new digital product, she and the A Creative Station team thrive at the intersection of creativity and implementation.
When she’s not leading her agency or coaching clients one-on-one, Bianca takes the stage at local events to empower entrepreneurs with actionable strategies. From teaching how to turn followers into loyal fans, to breaking down content creation in a way that actually makes sense— she brings both energy and expertise wherever she goes.
Whether you're attending one of her workshops or working directly with A Creative Station, one thing’s for sure—Bianca makes marketing make sense (and makes it fun, too).
