CEO Day is a one-day executive planning retreat where you'll step away from seeing clients to work on your practice instead of in it.
Together, we'll walk through six key decisions every practice owner must make - from clarifying your vision and ideal client to refining your marketing, strengthening your systems, and creating a focused 90-day action plan. You'll leave with practical tools, completed worksheets, and a personalized roadmap you can begin implementing immediately.
This isn't another conference full of information you'll forget. It's dedicated time to think strategically, make meaningful decisions, and move your practice forward.
