Unlike a traditional receptionist or general virtual assistant, your Clinical Practice Concierge is a fellow licensed provider that has firsthand experience in the mental health field.

That means you have someone who understands:

Hi, I'm Sabrina.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist and private practice owner (and the owner of CoLo), I know firsthand how much happens behind the scenes of running a successful practice.

I've spent almost a decade balancing clinical work with scheduling, marketing, business development, client communication, and the countless administrative tasks that keep a practice moving.

That's exactly why I created this service.

My goal isn't simply to help you answer phones.
